it’s amazing how just as ACR has turned a major corner for the better, and volume spikes, a lot of new posters pop up and wonder if it’s still shite. The first approvals won’t earn much but should still attract double digit returns. Have you ever heard of revision to the mean? Found in nature, sport..... it’s basically “ what’s now in favour will fall, and what’s now out of favour shall rise”. A classic example of this is Tiger Woods, great golfer only to fall and now restored.
