I looked on the FDA website and there are 6 approved companies to sell this product (this includes us and EMLA).

Simple maths - USD 21mil divided by 6 = USD 3.5mil sales that our licensee company can capture but that's assuming we can achieve a "fair share" (unlikely) and when we enter the USD 21mil will drop as we can only compete on price (volume across all sellers will remain constant). Also, the data quoted is 9mths old, who know how much the current players have eroded that by dropping price.

Hopefully we only spent USD 2.0mil on the development to maybe make some money on the deal but the company's cash reserves went from A$30mil to sub A$10.mil for a reason so I guess more the USD 2.0mil was spent !
