re: Ann: Acrux signs Ellavie distribution agr... Another small deal, which like the South African agreement won't be worth that much but has no downside. Signing an EU partner will be the big news for Ellavie, but it looks like Acrux is going to take it through to registration first, presumably to get a larger royalty or profit share.

There's been no substantial shareholder notice, so it looks like I was wrong about the recent price spike being the result of a single buyer. (Unless they've stopped just short of 8 million shares, which is possible.)

Forcing Vivus to get a move on with Duomist is good, but one wonders why they've been dragging their feet. Perhaps they're having trouble finding the money to fund the Phase III trials.
