Did this announcement really warrant a trading halt? I am an ex and burnt shareholder having sold out long ago. But I still keep an eye on ACR. But really this was a nothing announcement I think. Questions for me are a licensing agreement with Truparma, a very small, not well known and young player in the big Amercian market, with a very small number of products. ACR have several products in the pipeline that still have to fully develop before they are presented to the FDA. No specifics really. Agreed to 50% split of gross profits if and when the products come to market over a 10 year agreement...which can be changed. My question really is - if ACR are really optimistic about some of these products and think that they are going to be game changers in a crowed, dog eat dog, market, then why would you agree to a 50% gross profit split and still incur all the ongoing development costs? It just does not make sense.
