concern here is - have they gone too early with the deal?? product not yet manufactured or actually approved for sale. Why not wait for FDA approval?? why would tru pharma want to enter into an agreement at this stage not knowing whether there will be holdups or the like down the track on any of these "projects". Product not even proven (yet alone manufactured) yet!!

am wondering aloud if it is a desperate measure leading up to a CR???. We know they like their bonuses and to have $'s in the bank to pay their above market salaries so maybe looking to replenish bank account in the short term!!!???

well if a prelude to a CR dont think it will be taken up too well given the lack of detail here (not to mention lack of transparency provided to us SH's regarding the KPI's they base their bonuses on - oh oh oh wonder if this has ticked off a KPI meaning large bonuses??
