    "I think the 20 days notice period starts from 2nd August, and 45 days litigation period from the notice date."

    So beginning the date of the company announcement to the market? Intuitively that makes less sense than the date of the FDA file submission or more so, the date of FDA acceptance for review, if it differs. However I'm sure it's a possibility. Nevertheless, it's mostly academic and timelines will surely become more apparent as we move through the process the first time.

    In the case of litigation, the stay of 30 months would clearly push revenue timelines back further. However with a steady stream of submissions, this should only be felt strongly in the early stages if it eventuates.
