I think the PK/PD is good. Even it penetrates [and in 5% solution compared to 10%] in healthy nails where two coats of nail paint was applied! As such, physical penetration should not be an issue. It is a newer antifungal as well compared to the Miconazole tincture.
I am tempted to buy but waiting on reports on few of my shares so I can sell some before buying. If this dips under 20 cents again, I will use my savings.
I can see two of the respected neutral gurus on HC supporting this one so have any doubts that it is a great buying opportunity.
In fact, ACR was my first ever buy and the debut of my stock purchase. I did make some profit on this one and luckily sold before Acrux patent drama.
As a Pharmacist, I can see their approach is way different than average 'me too' generics. They are the drug delivery experts and are working on hard to develop topical agents. I won't be surprised if they end up something far superior than the original as with topical meds, it is a very fine balance between penetrability [effectiveness] and minimising systemic exposure [side effects]
