    The main question or concern I currently have is despite what appears an undervalued company with a promising near term future, the shareholdings of the chairman/founder is relatively small. Mr Dobinson only holds 1.4 millions shares, having sold ~2 million shares near the market peak of $4 in 2011.

    Interestingly, he has clearly stated Arux's long held position to always maintain sufficient funding for working capital and distribute the balance as dividends. Furthermore, the company has walked the talk by doing so, including a special dividend of 60c in 2011 when Axiron was previously generating significant revenues.

    In one regard, I view it as inconsequential. The chairman is somewhat of a multi-tasking maestro, an evidently charitable chap and also only holds the 20,000 shares issued to him as the director of RWC; a longstanding, high calibre, prolific money making company.
