i don't thnk it was outright deceit but i can see where you are coming from. however even read as is regarding a $30m market - WTF is that where we are competing now ??? - lots of competition and not much gain imo BUTTHEN when one is desperate anything thing will do especially when you have spent so much in producing a product i guess as 50% of the hard work done so the other 50% is finding an accepting market/marketing the product and have they the ability to do that?.
