I couldn't disagree more about "firm commitments". They have never committed to anything. "Cashflow positive at end calendar 2022" has only ever been described as a "target". And I'd bet the farm on ACR not being cashflow positive at end calendar 2022. Which means, unless they can drastically reduce burn, yet another raise is on the cards.
