I often wonder what percentage of trades are not done by people, but by automated bots on the latest algorithm. As that may be what’s setting the price trends on shares and that may extend to crypto currency’s, options, futures, shorting, exchange rates, whatever. And the bots are leading the general public (herd) in one direction or another.
