Agree with you Silver...this pony ran out of legs a few years ago.
Maybe a bigger fish might have the dosh to sit on Paris and await the right time to develop it.......but why buy when you can probably pick up the tenement in 10 yrs time for nicks when IVR doesn't exist anymore!
Should have exited in about 2015.
