Phase 2 as you know is the hardest and highest risk.

I was reflecting on my DXB investment yesterday - I have been holding for 7 years and vividly remember buying a bunch more when it was trading at 0.06c with a Ph3 asset - it was significantly undervalued and just needed a bit of time.

ACW at the current price is in the similar place, a small $10k punt here can turn into high 6 figures very quickly.
