1. Until a few months ago, it was the unanimous opinion of the previous CEO and the entire Scientific Advisory Board that the data set gathered in all ACW trials conducted to date showed that doses less than 20mg weren't worth pursuing.

2. The missing announcement to which I'm referring is to shareholders who spent $25m on a trial for which they have never received the detailed results. Whether it's nandatory or not is beside the point. It's common courtesy to the people who've funded the experiment and paid ACW salaries.
