Yep - you are correct re the 6 week stabilisation and that many are screened out of the trial which delays the process - but not for nearly as long as you were suggesting in your previous post.

Based on the 24 Jul 23 announcement, 133 had been recruited and 72 had been randomised. It is not clear whether all the 133 were screened for the purpose of finalising the first 72 cohort but if they were, that is a 55% strike rate.

That implies - if that rate continues but will probably now speed up with China on board - a 13 month recruitment window for the 2nd cohort from Jul 2023. That takes it to Aug 2024 for 72 randomised. Then 35 weeks dosing takes it to May 2025 and the possibility of accelerated marketing approval.
