Its used as an entry level into investing/savings for younger people trying to get into investing. I've used the app for years and never found any of the things you have mentioned as a problem. If you don't have $2.50 in your bank account at any given time you shouldn't be investing nor giving statements on a public stock forum what a stupid analysis. They are still seeing growth in a market tipped on full scale recession and where people would be wary of investing in the stock market - once this Malaysia operation + world economy kicks off again should see large growth in this company IMO.
