I have a view that the 'customer sign up' conversion to 'active customers' paints an obvious picture. 1 in 4 become active users. The user experience / benefit requires some improvements.

I agree with the view that the service is not tailored or designed for people who are regular investors / savers or manage their income well.

With regards to my bank account, I pay myself first, then allocate money into a variety of accounts to manage the lifestyle I enjoy and avoid unnecessary spending. An unforeseen small direct debit irritates me.

Just attempting to provide another viewpoint on the stock for all to consider. I'm enjoying rounding up myself after each purchase.
