I own NXD having been a RDH shareholder (like you I believe) and long term supporter of Glenn.
Do you know why it was structured that iCollege 'acquired' Redhill rather than the reverse? Redhill had the cash pile, the combined business' CEO and a similar market cap (although distorted by cash). Subsequently, they even scrapped the iCollege brand. Technicalities aside, it very much feels like Redhill acquired iCollege.
