re: Ann: Activities for the Fourth Quarter - ... I wasn't overly impressed with the announcement but looking at the steady cash generation and pipeline of projects ROC has a bright future. Maybe we were getting a little excited before the announcement but the company is moving in the right direction (at a good rate of growth) to make some money and generate SH value.
