In previous anns I'm pretty sure they stated that some of the increase in manufacturing costs (at that time) was ramping up for ProstACT. I'm not sure how these line items work and I'd have zero clue what the proper accountancy rules are but I guess "manufacturing means manufacturing" whether it's for trials, ramping up supply for new products or meeting current demand. (And yes, in response to another question, I would guess Seneffe/ Brussels South opex costs go here to a large degree).
I'm willing to give the intricacies a miss in this case, I think the whole thing's pretty solid.
