Someone desperately wanted out today and has collapsed the share price. For whatever reason, there is literally no buyers stepping up to the plate. I'd love to better understand the "why" on that. Do they not believe guidance will be met, do they think Apple will collapse the industry, is the poor price action creating a level of fear? I can only just guess.

The company will/should provide an update this week. We're looking for ~$4m EBITDA and ~$2m NPAT. Using $3.6m cash, that's ~2x EV/EBITDA and 6x PE. I'm keen on seeing the cash balance. I suspect that the potential investor is scared of the balance sheet. With likely/potentially cash growing from $3.6m and unused bank facilities, unless they make a material acquisition, there is low (I'd say no but certainty freaks people out) risk of a CR. Perhaps that might stimulate a bid.

Either way, I just can't fathom why you'd be selling at these levels. I'm looking a bit silly saying this as I've been wrong so far, but FY2024 should be transformational for the company.

Fair point @Tradingdreamz88. At this market cap, that salary does stand out.
