Its hard to know exactly what was going on . It appears a large holder has moved a chunk of stock - 54.9m shares to another entity. it could have been internal shuffling to a more tax effective entity, could have been to lock in a tax loss while the price is very low if you thought they were about to move higher , who knows, but large volume often precedes a move ( up or down).time will tell!
