re: Ann: Activities Report for Quater Ended 3... i think you'll find that there will be a Rights Issue or Capital Raising coming one day soon and the Directors or related parties/entities/body corportaes or whatever will be the Underwriter, why pay a premium now when they will get it for next to zero shortly.
