I suggest you read my posts on OSX this year... the whole reason I ever exitted was because of the board and their COMPLETE lack of credibility an dlack of financial nous to run a company. And the company that is endlessly dumping shares was the whole reason why I initially made the call to sell after speaking to management at OSX. It was the DODGIEST transaction I had ever seen.. announced after Xmas butr prior to new years day a few years ago. You could not get in contact with management. They knew the deal stunk and did not want to talk about it.
