I think generally the board is aware of this situation and can only allow few individuals to continue this selling down & convert shares at lower average conduct for company’s funding until some other significant investor is willing to genuinely invest in OSX not to trade like how Advanced Opportunities Fund.
Sounds ridiculous but Advanced Opportunities Fund really gained Fxck all from this selling down, they are looking at 10%-20% from each sell down & convert process.
If they do decide to pump and hold the shares for long term then obviously a lot more retail investors will be willing to invest into OSX story rather than stepping aside from it.
