I take confidence in the following from the update

• There remains only one ground on which Tanzania can present being – that a serious departure of procedure has
  occurred

• Award currently totals US$120,890,163

So the Tanzania "hail mary" play is that the court itself didn't follow procedure - Bronwyn told us in her debrief post the actual hearing that she was almost embarrassed for Tanzania when they turned up to the actual hearing and it became apparent that they were totally unprepared and almost didn't know what they were doing. From memory she mention cringeworthy.

So I will take a punt that those same people - who couldn't even prepare for the actual case itself - are very very very unlikely to be able to prove to a first world, highly structured, proceduralized court - that in some way - that court made a serious departure of procedure
