I suppose if they are bringing 40-45% of distribution costs in house, they will be making some good savings on costs per quarter. But revenues need to realistically jump to $500KSGD per quarter (with similar growth thereafter) and costs drop by $200K SGD for the next quarter, or again, they are going to be tight on cash in the coffers.
Perhaps there is a partnership deal out there in negotiation that allows them to be so blasé about cash and the burning of therein until they reach positive cash flows. Bio techs and financial management....I tell you....[sigh].
Its going to be tight unless they announce a deal, hence I am picking it up at a $15m market cap of course....
