The 50 years after the first MRI's Orthopod's still can't agree whether MRI's are reliable in reporting rotator cuff tears. Medicine famously slow to adopt innovative products and very conservative in places. There are compelling orthopedic technologies that have been available in Australia for a decade in other companies that most Aussie Orthopod's would be ignorant off, let alone interested in employing. Look how long biodregradable screws and sutures have taken to penetrate the market.

This management are indefendably poor in many respects, but that they've not scaled up a reflection of a host of factors beyond simple product efficacy.

EN ISO 13485 Certified, FDA 510(k) approved, CE Certified (MDD)...product efficacy well demonstrated; the scaling up of the business more to do with poor business management. Now that these guys shouldbe bashed for - the delay on raising capital in 2022/3 was utterly appalling and an entire Board oversight abject failure.
