Folks, I need to make a correction to my post above -
I since spoke with the company, the CEO and management have not sold any shares since listing. I made some mistakes with aggregation of the shares held by Goh Khoon (I did not account for shares/options in escrow).
The selling has only been from the rainmaker management group who were a cornerstone investor pre IPO. I would say in this scenario it's unavoidable for seed investors to take gains so there isn't much that can be done about that.
So as a whole, I think all we are seeing here is a catalyst effect of fear and stop loss selling due to the down trend and lack of interest. As we come out of COVID (globally) there could be a nice uplift in revenues which may reverse the downtrend.
Change of sentiment from me based on current price, I think this is being oversold in comparison to peers in the same sector. It's a BUY from me.
