    Either like the corporate advisers options / dregs of the CR flippers. Flippant to the seller.

    We have seen a number of 1m parcels that have been lingering in the on screen sell que, and a few that get dumped.

    going forward no longer attached to the CR mechanism, it will want to float toward leverage buyers once more.

    Correction, 11-1 LVR.!!
