Regardless, I think we would be seeing another capital raise same time next year - hope they are already preparing for that (I can only play the devil's advocate so much).
Their opex is appropriate for their size and if anything I'd say it's quite decent given the push for growth, but not enough to drop that cash burn significantly and last over 12 months
We need to see quarterly revenues around that $ 1million mark to see positive EBITDA. GP margin is already quite high (82 to 85%), understand we should expect better margins in the coming quarters but there's a cap on that too - can't possibly go high enough to make a significant difference at the current revenue rate.
Fingers crossed they get a large order from one of the regions and/or Chinese markets regulatory approvals progress further - I suspect it will have to be the former, the latter might take a while.
ORrrrrr - get a large institutional placement.
