I am down over $30k on this one, same boat and would need the price to x1 just to get back to my avg buy in. It's quite depressing.
I do think we are at rock bottom and the worst should be behind us, I keep reminding myself this is a revenue generating biotech with an EV of circa $25M. This is very cheap and of course a perfect entry for new investors that have been eyeing the company.
My strategy here is to continuing holding until tax season and then either write of the loss or reassess future outlook.
In hindsight I should have connected the dots with elective surgery biotech companies & COVID pandemic, these obviously were significantly connected and set for failure. The more astute investors made the connection early and got out. I think the next few quarters will be very important, if revenues do not resume to pre-covid levels then we are looking at a dud and all signs point to sell. I do think that is unlikely as the technology is quite impressive and business model (margins) is very attractive. But time will tell and all we can do is take our lessons from this.
