in their recent webinar i was surprised to hear that they are only a staff of 30.... whilst they seem nibble and this keeps staff costs reasonable this may aslo be a factor thats prohibiting them achieving scale... the product seems to be a great product but irs not getting out there in any reasonable volume. Why is this?
