Zinc, lead and copper prices have come down about 25% from this time last year so lower metal prices are impacting.
No excuse they should have been trimming costs and keeping staff numbers low to make sure they could meet repayment dead lines.
Makes you wonder if Don Boyer who retired last year from the board could see the writing on the wall for Bass.
As for the tailings it is and has been since Aberfoyle times (who discovered Hellyer and Que River deposits) the holy grail and if the gold content could be extracted would make a lot of money.
