Dear Holders of Purifloh,
Please note the following is a possible (Likely?)news flow in the coming weeks/year for Purifloh. All is research done away from any information from the company itself and none of this has been verified. (some here will call this a ramp, but like most holders I want the SP to go up. For the others, well…..it’s pretty simple, they want the SP to go down. It’s that black and white).
So lets start with my favourite of all in the Po3 story. The launch of both Air and Water. Will this happen. In my opinion 100%. What? 100% get out of here! Well, 100% it accurate, excluding a disaster. Our new Chairman, Mr Carl Le Souef is building a new hotel on the site at422 Collins street Melbourne. He has sent in the Engineers report to Sustainable Melbourne Fund and they have looked over the plans of both water and Air and agreed to fund part of this. This is not me claiming FRG works, this is coming from independent Engineers that have seen the plans and the inner workings and agreed to fund part of the project. So what is the project. Currently what my research tells me is that they have plans for a 263 room (bigger than before) hotel and business centre. Shops on the lower floor and possible private apartments. The end game here is not how many rooms or apartments, the end game is theyWILLuse FRG in this build. Now this is likely in 2022 but the plans and contracts must be completed well before this. Once the company can sign off on the contract that is as good as money in the bank. Do people really believe that Mr Le Souef will cancel any contract with us? Well maybe 3 people on this forum may think that. (actually, the way they hang around it’s clear they also love the idea of Po3, why else would you bother? I actually remember seeing 1 of them posting here and GEV that they had bought back in, and how their attitude changed when the SP went up!). So yes FRG will be used and FRG has a future. I was thinking that with the water, while the Swimming pool is a given, what about the taps? That brings me back to Helen of Troy and “PUR”. Is it possible that we will see a water filtration in each hotel room, rather than bottled water? If we can give people PURe water straight from the tap, well that would be something. IMO we will see a contract in 2021 signed sealed and delivered. This may then lead to many other hotels wanting to upgrade their facilities. Either new builds or retro fit. @stoneral33 (finally) gave a decent post with all those questions. No doubt we all agree with him on those. But I think this answers at least one of those questions.
Next up we have Covid 19. Mr. Sujeet Shyamsunder Shinde on linkedIn gave us a sneak peak at what Somnio have been up to. So what does Shinde do at Somnio?
1.Research primarily focused in application of Free Radical Generation (FRG) technology.
2.Responsible for design and prototyping of air and water purification systems.
3.Responsible for conducting following tests:
·Air Purification. Application of FRG on COVID-19, Bacteria, VOC, Particulate Matter.
·Application of FRG technology in water purification.
Someone here posted that the company had to release this information and they haven’t. I’ll answer this question in 2 parts.
1.No the company doesn’t have to do anything of the sort as he is an employee of Somnio Global not Purifloh
2.I believe the company tried to put some of this information in the last update but the pause and TH was because of the Covid 19 claims? I believe that there has been testing done but the ASX was not happy with the information, so it had to be retracted. I also believe that the company know that this will be a big announcement so they will not give up.
So I think that there is a very good chance that we will see another announcement in the foreseeable future and this will include more details in what the company and Somnio have been up to regarding the Covid 19 crisis. Remember Somnio had to close down but some staff were allowed to stay on “most likely to work on Covid related matters”.
So we know that Covid 19 will be huge if we get a Kill or pulverization of the virus. So we also know that we are looking more likely to go out on this ourselves as an OEM (disappointing) looks further away. The company has stated that this was possible as disrupting a market is very hard to do. We hoped Bill would be our wildcard for this, but alas, poor Bill we new him well (or not….). So getting into the OEM side was going to be tough, even too tough for Bill it turns out. Some here will say because the tech doesn’t work. Well I go back to Bill buying in to start with. He was never planned as the Chairman, some obviously thought he was the best option. So he still did his DD and bought in. So the Tech does work, and work well. Why?
·Bill has always had better DD than us (although ozblue will disagree, he’ll show us something he found on the internet that proves Bill wrong). Hmmmmm….
·Independent Engineers looked over the plans and agreed that it looks great and Sustainable Melbourne Fund has decided to part fund the installation in the new hotel. Maybe they didn’t look into it enough, maybe a better google search could have saved them some time?
So is the Tech not good enough. Possible, but unlikely for the above reasons. So why would the OEMs not jump on board. Well I believe we have been strung along by them for some time. I believe they were interested and maybe very close, but then Covid came along. Many would think that this would be a perfect fit, but I think it’s a killer of any deals. Why?
1.Covid has made it difficult for all companies
2.Have a look at many sites like Amazon, how many purifiers have been sold out?
3.Why would you change when you have everything in place and they are selling like hot cakes?
4.Hepa filters are the biggest in all purifiers by far, massive. You think they want to see FRG tech come onto the market? Yeah right, my guess is they have some pull, even more than Bill.
5.It costs a great deal of money to change. Is the middle of the Covid crisis with record sales the right time to make big changes? This was always a concern.
6.Do you think if they did that given us part of the % in royalties at this time is a good idea?
Purifloh and FRG have decided to take a different pathway. Is this to try and push someone else over the line? Or just the need to push forward. Does Po3 need a CR yes, still have the funds needed in the back ground, likely yes.
So if we do start making these ourselves where? My guess will be India. We already have contacts there and it will reduce costs. India is being devasted by Covid currently so I’m sure the Indian government will happily have us and help it to be fast tracked. Huge population and huge potential for the company. Bit of research done and the top 10 Purifiers in India at the moment all use Hepa filters. Looking at some reviews, the biggest con is that they are having trouble with supply of the filters. Also Expense is a big con for many of the decent brands. Finally, and this is the big one, only down to .003 microns, not like our. 001 FRG tech. So they will get rid of some but miss a lot also.
The SP sitting here at the moment seems to have stalled. I’ll be the first to admit that not many can sell out due to the lack of buy demand. If you believe in the company, it may be very difficult to get back in at these levels. $6 was great, and got there quite easily. Holders on any good news will hold on tight, I know I will. I also know that things have changed in our minds and that I tend to look at the positive side because I am invested in the company. People have the choice of course an will dowhat they need to do. I believe that our 3 friends will tell us why this is all rubbish and try to use “Internet searches” to tell you something different. My research is mostly from emails and phone calls, where I have had to try and read between the lines to get information. I look forward to the next announcement which I expect before the end of October and hope that anyone that jumped ship on emotions of Bill departing are able to get back in without too much trouble. We all know that one bit of good news and $3-4 is not only possible by likely in the day. 100% from where we currently sit.
Finally remember, I have spent the time and effort to research and send you this email. Everything in here is IMO and may not happen or be 100% accurate. But again, what is my motivation, I want to make money and see the company I invested in become what I believe it could be. That’s it, pure and simple. Why do those people spend so much time to post against the company? I can think of 2 reasons, they want the SP to go down, or in some world in which they live, they feel having the superman complex to save us all from this evil company is their life mission? When I sell out of a company I focus on my next investment, not worry about what is happening back when I used to hold. Sure if I sold and then didn’t like the company I’d say my piece and move on, but every time someone posts information on HC? Good luck people and can’t wait for that next Ann. I feel we will be in a new era, have a look at DEG, how many Ann have they made in the last 24 months? Simon I think will now have a lot more pull and say in what we release.
