I think because investors are a little frustrated with this stock and they were hoping that this would be the "company making" announcement, however it is essentially just more of the same e.g. "..a commercial outcome has not yet been concluded - though engagement continues".

Additionally the announcement later discusses PuriFloh's future whereby B2B sales are being spruiked, indicating that OEM deals are dead in the water.

Personally, I am just going to keep holding until PO3 either goes to zero or turns into something.
