Could be wrong but I think this is the first time they've put an official date to the drilling so its a more sincere announcement this time around. The delays whilst frustrating are justified after reading both Thunder and Chrimata's posts after speaking to management. This ann confirms what they've been saying.
The small run up so far has highlighted the sticky nature of the register (Chairman holding over 20%) and the long wait to drilling has seemingly left only the real believers left - very little has been sold straight into the bid on the way up.
