The company has plenty of cash due to the aggressive cost cutting measures. Only big contracts would necessitate a fund raising. Long before we need cash because the orders are overwhelming us we get FAA - in October.
I doubt anyone minds the company institutionalising the shareholder base with a 5 or 10 mio placing @ 1.5 in Q4.
