I know they had in principal approval in 2006, but licence applications expire, regulations change and environmental requirements always increase..

My main point I guess is that, if they are going to put in comments such as "we are gonna build a pilot plant, and a pipeline" then they need to justify what stage these activities are at e.g "I thought of it last night over nachos", "we tabled it once 3 years ago and we all giggled" or (shockingly) "we have engaged XYZ company to do a current BFS and the FEED pricing is out to tender" etc etc
