Time to change meds, kev. You're delirious.

Considering they haven't actually got anywhere, their intellectual property is worth zero, or at best not much more.

No one is going to pay 6c per share for the whole company, that's beyond fanciful. The infrastructure might have cost a fair bit to put there, but no one is going to come anywhere near considering taking the tuna project on (that's a complete no brainer) and the YTK project is now disease ridden.

They've spent years trying to get somewhere with groundbreaking research, but there has been effectively zero progress other than raising capital and building infrastructure (which is obviously not salable at anything close to cost price).

The results over the last few years have been worse than a pessimist's prediction - this makes the whole thing worth far far less. See, what they've done is demonstrate that this is *really* difficult and not worth pursuing.

The larvae are more difficult to raise than expected (and no progress has been made there), and they're less cold tolerant than expected (which really should have been better researched in the first place - the location of the operation clearly isn't appropriate, not that it really matters anyway).

Other than trying to trade the hype announcements (and CSS does have a very strong history of spinning nonsense and lies which sometimes briefly boost the share price), this is the most obvious sell on the ASX.
