We need to get a bit of the coal in botswana out of the ground. If it is a relatively shallow depth, how hard would it be to get a couple excavators, a couple of trucks and a local buyer. Due diligence is always required but if you run out of money no amount of due diligence will help.
Start small think big.
Be self sufficient, be dependent on no one.
