I dont normally post, just read. Some nice facts to read via the two links above .

Most of the ACU ICO will be held in escrow for 12 months, and i guess that includes FGF too....however it is transferable for those subscribers who need an exit to a fixed issue rate with stellar lumens . Read the ACUDEEN company webpage. 29acu= 1 stellar from memory.

IMO 35 million cap raising is a pretty good result. 6.25 % fee = 2 mil? + 025mil fixed...not bad cashflow.
