The 50 mil shares are security for the atm with no set price so they must be sitting off market ....and can't be sold ....as it says we don't have to use the facility and can terminate at any time for no cash cost ....this is just backup .....bloody perfect if we need a few extra mil for a month or 2 we have it ...then pay it back with interest or shares which ever we like ...
