Well, we do know it'll be oversubscribed. Without knowing how much, my guess would be that they take $3-4M. I can't see it going above that, even if they could - mostly because of dilution. And they may not need more.
They would have already known for days now what they're doing, so we'll probably hear something tomorrow.
