I personally think the purchase plan is good value and picked up at the lower uptake end.
At the end of the day yes some dilution, however I would expect the SP to increase somewhat over time once distribution takes place to take funding uncertainty away with a cash runway. And yes the options to sell at anytime in 3 years are good value if we see SP uplift or not.
