The pet scans in your post show That Xanamem targets the enzyme which is believed to impair cognition. It just proves that the drug crosses the blood brain barrier and does what it’s designed to do if you take Xanamem. Whether the cortisol theory in regards to depression and AD are right we have To wait and see.
