I doubt it. Volume is way too low for that. This is simply just a scarcity of sellers. Most holders at this point are in it for the long haul. Whether it be to sell just before results or on results or await partnership. Pre open looked like we were going to run hard today but 3 minutes out the orders were all dropped. I speculate that the buy orders were put in to anticipate this dsmb that's dragging out and when it didn't come out they were pulled.
If I was an institutional or sophisticated investor I would not touch this stock until that dsmb comes out. Imagine throwing 100k at it and the dsmb comes back unsafe tomorrow? For this reason I think the dsmb giving the all clear will pick up the volume significantly. I also hope that the dsmb announcement doubles with information regarding the upcoming road Show.
