Wow imho you’ve absolutely nailed it! One of the most reasoned, fact-based breakdowns I’ve seen on here regarding this trade. Appreciate the effort. Only thing I’d add is on the Bell Potter parcel. Ideally, they’d be placing it with long-term holders, but from what I’ve heard, they haven’t fully gotten it away yet. And knowing them, they’ll likely move it wherever they can — which could mean short-term churn and a bit of an overhang. Wouldn’t be the first time a fund just dumps stock to clean up the books, even if it makes no sense for existing shareholders.
On GLP-1s — Steve’s mentioned them because it’s the hot topic in Alzheimer’s right now. He sees the potential but flagged side effects and says it’s a wait-and-see. Not concerned though — still sees this as a multi-therapy space with room for Xanamem to play a key role.
