Monotherapy appears to be the situation where Xanamem adds most value. But it also adds some value in combination with SoC. Anyway, it would be unethical to ask patients to stop their current treatment.
Re safety, this isn't the first clinical trial that ACW has conducted. Over 400 patients now and not one SAE.
Detailed safety data has been provided in the past. Not yet for this trial. I expect it will come in due course.
