The anns itself or the TH for it could come out at any time. One has to be in it to win it. Risk on both sides, either to miss out big time or falling for a well-orchestrated pump. Going by previous company anns the chance for a small windfall is outweighing a possible disappointment.
Just holding a small amount otherwise the sp would be smashed to 2c by re-open. You guys are save, I know what my "threshold" is to avoid a disaster.
